HC Thermal evaluates certain items that have longer lead times or high quantity demands, trained HC personnel will arrive onsite to measure, count and replenish stocking needs, both in our stocking warehouse and at your location. This service can be expanded to include custom or stock items that are in critical need with proper storage and handling training.

As an electric process heater manufacturer, HC Thermal has trained personnel that will come to your location and facilitate an educational presentation on the fundamentals/operation of heaters, systems, controls, safety, and sensors that complete the Thermal Loop. These courses can be customized for the level of expertise and experience or tailored to specific markets that are directly relatable to specific industry standards. Continuation Education Certificate/Credits available.

HC Thermal offers an evaluation of your complete heating bundles, elements, control panels, or ovens for repair and gives a detailed report about possible failure causes. Repair and recertification can be done in our facility in applications where quick turn-around is needed.
